You may return it within 7 days of receipt. For returns you must send a picture or video of your item, your order number, and a brief description of your issue to shopvanityhome@gmail.com
Returns/refunds will only be accepted must be approved by our Customer Service team prior to shipping products back to us!
RETURNED TO SENDER & REFUSED PACKAGES
This can happen if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or (3) the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.
Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be responsible for reshipping charges.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received by the supplier/manufacturer.
Refunds are given in the form of store credit , exchanges unless otherwise noted.
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new / unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
